Just a few things I have been doing.

It has been forever sense I have been on my blog.  Its not that I haven't been making cards or things because I have.  I guess I have just been a bit lazy.  I have taken my Intermediate Copic certification.  What a great day that was.  I can now proudly display my certification label.  Or whatever it is called.  I am learning to knit so I have been making hats and scarfs like you wouldn't believe.  Everyone I know I think has a hat.  lol  I took a Portuguese knitting class on Sat. from Andrea Wong.  She is an excellent teacher and her knitting is above compare.  So today I thought I would make a couple cards using my Prismacolor pencils.  It has been forever sense I have used them.  It was such fun. The flowers on these cards are made using coffee filters and coloring them with Copics.  The images are digital images from Saturated Canary

At the Copic Class we experimented with using dark colors and light sources.  So I had to try them out on a few stamps that I got down to the Queens Ink in Laurel, MD.

  4. Stunning. I have a Gloria original. My hubs has picked it up 3 different times to ask questions about it. Even he was amazed and could not believe it was colored by hand. I want to have it matted and framed. You do such beautiful work Ms. G. Classy lady and you make great aprons too!
