Over at Craft Your Days Away they are having a challenge to use metal on your card. This is my entry. I used an old Coke can to cut out the flowers with A Heartfelt Creations die. I then colored it with alcohol inks by Ranger. I had stamped it with the Heartfelt Creations stamp that co ordinates with this die before cutting it out but I used StazOn and evenditally it isn't one that is combatable with the alcohol inks because it dissapeared. Either that or I am magic. lol The image is from Sassy Studio Designs called My Fair Lady. I couldn't remember what her dress looked like in the movie and didn't know if it had pruple feather but my version does. The little cornor stamp in the cornor is by Sweet Impressions Stamps (SweetStamps.com)
Also at Crazy Challenge they are having a challenge to use a movie as inspiration for your card. Of course it isn't hard to figure out what mine is ---My Fair Lady. If you want to play along go to http://crazychallenge.blogspot.com Have fun and play along

Steampunk by Kenny K
This lady is a little scary. But again she was fun to color. I think I am going to try the Bombshell stamps. I was always intimidated by them but I think I am ready. Bring them on. lol
Queen Gorgo
Yep, I have done it again. I can't tell you how much I am enjoying coloring these images. This is a free image that they offer on Friday. Not sure if it is still available but I would go to Paper Craft Planet, click on groups, join Sassy Design Studio, and download the free image. Yep, I did her twice.

Cowgirl Sassy
Yep, I am at it again. This is another Sassy Studio Design digital. I wanted something to put in the upper left cornor and I had a little plastic branch with pink flowers on it . The branch was too fat for a card. So I pulled the flowers off it and cut out a branch with brown cardstock. I glued the flowers on and it worked. Yea, for me because I really liked the branch on there. I think I might redo the cowgirl because her face looks a little dark. In real life she is a little dark but not as dark as it seems in this picture.

Steampunk
I don't know a lot about Steampunk but I enjoyed coloring this image from Sassy Studio Designs. Click on the title to this post and it will take you to their site. I had to go on line to find what Steampunk is all about. I colored this image with my Copic's and the background paper is from Basic Grey. It is called Marrakech. It has really pretty colors. The flower I got at a shop in Glen Burnie that is now closed. The ribbon is seam binding and the die cut is from Marianne designs. It is one of her creatables. I finally found a place in the US that sells them. The link to them is http://shop.sweetstamps.com/EMBOSS-CUT-FOLDERS_c210.htm The punch that I used on the blue paper is from Martha Stewart.
